Garage door spring repair in Surrey.
Your local tech, ~12 minutes away.
Fleetwood, Cloverdale, Guildford, Newton, South Surrey, Clayton Heights, Morgan Creek. Your Surrey tech actually lives in Surrey. The competition drives an hour from downtown — that's not us.
The geography is the whole problem. We solve it by living here.
Surrey is huge — it's the second-largest city in BC by population and the largest by area in the Lower Mainland. A downtown-Vancouver-dispatched garage door company quoting Surrey is quoting you a 50 to 70 minute drive. That's not a service call, that's a road trip. Our Surrey tech lives here, parks the wrapped van here, and rolls to your driveway in 10 to 15 minutes from wherever you are.
Surrey's housing stock is wildly varied. Fleetwood and Guildford got built out in the 1980s and 90s — most of those original-spec Wayne Dalton and Clopay raised-panel doors are now 30+ years old and at end of life. Clayton Heights and Morgan Creek are full of post-2000 detached homes with 2- and 3-car garages running heavier double-door builds. Cloverdale has older ranchers on bigger lots, often with a separate shop or RV bay.
One thing we've learned about Surrey driveways: the asphalt is bad and the speed bumps are worse. If your spring snapped in a temperature drop, it's metallurgy. If it snapped because the door's been getting punished by a misaligned track for three years, that's something we'll catch on the balance test — and it's why the two-spring tier includes the test and the cable swap for free.
If you're in any of these, we're 10–18 minutes out.

The ones we get from this city.
I'm in South Surrey near Boundary Bay. Does the salt air get me?
Somewhat — less than Tsawwassen but more than central Surrey. If your previous install was galvanized, we'd recommend oil-tempered or stainless this time. Cables come free with the two-spring tier either way.
I live in Morgan Creek with a 3-car garage. Different price for the third door?
Each door is its own job — flat-rate per door at our standard tier pricing. We'd quote you the total upfront before we start. No surprises.
Fleetwood — my door's a 1990s Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster. Worth converting?
Almost always yes. The original TorqueMaster parts are discontinued, and TorqueMaster Plus uses plastic gears that fail. We convert to standard torsion at the same total cost — next service is $100 instead of $250.
How far south will you go? White Rock?
Yes — White Rock has its own tech and its own page. Crescent Beach, Ocean Park, all of South Surrey is covered.
